  • REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! If your kids are planning to attend @winshapecamps at Gaffney High School June 22-26 you can register now to hold their spot at camp. We are expecting to SELL OUT CAMP again this year so do not delay! PRO TIP: if you have a 5K camper to register you should do so asap (even if you plan to apply for a scholarship) and pay the deposit. Payments can be made later for toward the balance. 5K registration is limited to ONLY 30.   • #WinShapeGaffney makes the front page of the @gaffney_ledger with a story about our Community Leaders Breakfast. Camp registration opens this Monday March 2 at 9 am sharp! #winshapecamps @winshapecamps
  • #WinShapeGaffney Leadership Team spent time after the Community Leaders Breakfast to stuff scholarship packets to hand out to each of the elementary schools and middle schools next week when we meet with all of the guidance counselors during their district wide meeting. We provide the first 120 or so @winshapecamps full scholarships to guidance counselors to distribute through their schools. We call it our GAME ON Award instead of a scholarship and give them out at an awards night in a movie theater provided by our partner @thebigegaffney where we congratulate campers, help parents register on-site, show camp videos on the big screen, and take a huge group photo for the newspaper. #winshapecamps #winshape #winshapewednesday #gaffney #thebigegaffney #gameonawards #winshapecampsforcommunities #winshapescholarship
  • Community Leaders Breakfast this morning was a great success! We invited community leaders, pastors, church leaders and business owners to @gaffneychickfila for a free breakfast to share the vision and goals of #winshapegaffney for the community in 2020. New churches added as partners, invites to speak about @winshapecamps as well as new partners and volunteers. Thankful for @lynneshack sharing her testimony of #winshapecamps as the parent of a multi-year camper and the positive impact for her family and Cherokee County! Countdown to kick-off! . . . . #winshapewednesday #winshape #getintogaffney #forcherokee #gaffneyhighschool #chickfila #gaffney #winshapecamp #wscstaff @wsc_staff #teamwork
